One Unit = 13 Share Holders -

364 days per year divided by 13 = 28 days each!

Your 28 days: 2 periods of 2 consecutive weeks each year. Each 2 week period moves according to a pre-determined calendar. In most instances the 2 week modules provide for time in either private or public school holidays allowing 2 weeks in each school period, one in the 1st 6-months and one in the second 6-months of the year!
